Canterbury based indie pop band with boy-girl harmonies apply a heavy dose of sugary sweetness as the gallant singer rashly promises to kill all the monsters in the head of the woman he adores. "It's true you are the most beautiful thing" he gushes in the title tune.
In the other four songs, Puppets pledges enduring friendship, love is electric in Robots, Animals calls for raw honesty and, in Giants, the admission that "I keep falling for your warm skin" sounds downright creepy.
There's a lot of affirmative chanting and plenty of bouncy rhythms but the relentless niceness left me craving something altogether earthier.
