Bristol based electronica/glitch hop act have released their new EP 'Microphone Fiend' and have continued to show they are one of the most forward thinking artists around.
With a style that takes in Glitch Hop, Hip Hop Breaks and Tech Funk, it's the latest release from a prolific back catalogue with a number of labels, most recently Reel Me Records.
With this EP, they demonstrate some excellent layering of the various genres they work in, bringing them all together with some excellent production. At times esoteric and unaccessible (read: un-commercial), this knowingly strays from the center ground and will find a lot of fans for doing so.
