Another band in thrall to the revival of beards and banjos, this time from Missouri.
The four piece's self produced album is delicate and full of good intentions but the music simply lacks either passion or substance and fails to rouse the spirit.
Instead there is just a listless sentimentalism to songs like Names And Maps ("the lights shine with your soul tonight") and Black Clouds (Troubled Man).
The attempt to inject some intensity into the finale of the title track serves merely to highlight the singer's limitations.
