Heralding the arrival of a fine six song EP of the same name, 'Clocks' is the latest single from Hertfordshire based songwriter Ellie Jane.
With a slow build first verse that gives way to a chugging momentum, this single blends pop sensibilities with a bit of a rock feel. The result is a track which holds the subtlety of acoustic guitar mixed with piano, but the energy of something more substantial.
