Review: 'SKY AT NIGHT, THE'
'You're So Cool (single)'

-  Label: 'Out On A Limb Records'
-  Genre: 'Pop' -  Release Date: '14th April 2020'

Our Rating:
The Sky At Night is pseudonym of Kilkenny based Tim V.Smyth. This dreamy lullaby is built around guitar feedback and a synth drone wìth crooning vocals that remind me of Frank Sinatra's 'Something Stupid'. He sings "When I woke up the world was on fire / And once I was not afraid"

This lockdown ballad is downloadable from Bandcamp for whatever price you deem fit.

It's all in a vital cause since proceeds go to Pieta House, an Irish charity providing therapy for self harmers, the suicidal and the bereaved. This community based service that provides free services over the phone during the lockdown caused by the Coronavirus crisis.
