The Minit is the lead single off of Fred Abong's latest album Our Mother Of Perpetual Help that's due out in late November.
Fred was of course Bass player for Throwing Muses and Belly as well as various hardcore bands in his youth.
The Minit is the latest single from Fred Abong, a deep bruised mainly acoustic tale that's searching for answers as to what's gone wrong, that slowly becomes clearer as to why he needs to go to The Minit again. This song and the album are inspired by Fred's move to New Orleans and this may or may not be about New Orleans and Fred believes you should decide that for yourselves.
