I'll admit to having not heard of Jenn Vix before, she has apparently been involved in putting out music since the 80's. She is something of a survivor who comes from Rhode Island. This single is raising money for NAMI (National Alliance On Mental Illness).
PTSD is a single based on Jenn's own experience in surviving life's traumas and all the awful stuff that has been thrown at her. The tune is slow and elegiac as she works through the state she's found herself in through no fault of her own, how she goes about getting the help needed, as with any good therapy this song reveals a little bit more of itself with each additional listen, so you may need to hit repeat a few times.
