After Midnight is the first single from Davey Woodward & The Winter Orphans new album Mystic Science, that's due out in April 2023. I hope it's as good as the last one I reviewed Love & Optimism that came out in 2020. You may remember Davey as part of The Brilliant Corners among other bands.
After Midnight opens with the sound of sleigh bells and this gentle indie song for the season allows you one more winter warmer to open your presents too, this is a lovely downbeat and gently intoxicating song for the season.
