Our Rating:
House Music is a re-issue of the third album by Ex Norwegian that originally came out in 2012 this time around with even less Tiesto than before. The band are led by Roger Houdaille who is also head honcho of Think Like A Key Music the bands label. The rest of the band on this album are Michelle Grand, Lucas Querioz and Eric Hernandez. The Album release live show provides the bonus disc recorded in Miami where most of the band are currently located.

The album opens with Ginger Baby that certainly doesn't have any anti Ginger sentiments, they love the spice that Ginger Baby brings to their life, on this cool as a cucumber indie love song, that has no house beats whatsoever.

Original Copy has them yearning for that original thing, is it a first edition, does it sound and look better, well they need to get to the original source, this is how they intend to do it, in a poppy college rock way.

Not A Mouse no way will you be quiet as a church mouse, you're going to jangle to the top, having lots of fun on the way, the music gets more frazzled and out of it, the vocals come back in to keep it succinct and make the point that you must accept them for who they are.

Initiative Rock is an upbeat indie pop song, encouraging you to take the Initiative and push your life where you want it to be, that might be with the partner you desire, or just getting up early for a walk before work.

Spin Win It is for the fans of slot machines everywhere, this has a slower clatter indie backing, with often chanted vocals imploring you to do it, go on Spin Win It.

Choice Of Friend has a dark psychedelic edge for you to figure out if you've chosen the right friends or not. Rearrange it yeah! They have cancelled you again, wistful song of loss for a love that appears to be over.

Join The Fray get ready to be part of the fight, they go down to the supermarket where they avoid all the Fray Bentos pies to get on down with a spiky guitar solo, they have signed up and are ready to join the Fray.

Siesta2Tiesto is obviously about this lot's Techno god head Tiesto and his amazing beats, only this is much more post punk indie rawk.

Tong As In Pete is in praise of the Radio 1 DJ and total wigger, whose name became slang within a month of him getting his show on the radio, imbibe his favourite drugs and enjoy the guitar oddness of this song, that I doubt he would ever have been cool enough to play on his show brah.

Ebenezer Beaver is psychedelic hazy college rock for hanging out in the right scene, having loads of fun listening to the guitars and figuring your friends out.
