Review: 'Max Rael'
'Brighter Future'

-  Label: 'Liquid Len Recording Company'
-  Genre: 'Pop' -  Release Date: '22.4.25.'

Our Rating:
Brighter future is the first single from Max Rael's debut album The Enemy is Us that is out in late June. The single was recorded with help from Caden Clarkson and Pete Maher. Max is best known musically as a member of History Of Guns and for his work remixing among others Fish (Marillion) and Kommand + Kontrol.

The A side is the droll spoken word rap of Brighter Future over a bed of synths, Max looks around himself at what has being going on, deciding everything makes him feel worse, what can he do to create a Brighter Future, well upbeat synths might help.

The B-side is The People We Love Have Won (Persistence Is All) that is named after the incredible show Coil played at the Royal Festival Hall in 2000, this song doesn't reek of the incense Coil burned during that set, but this has relaxed synths with almost drum and bass style percussion and drum machines, while Max explains how The People We Love Have Won, so don't lose heart, you can conquer the adversity of life and let love drive you on.
