The A-side or The Thingz side is Cryptid Casino an organ led garage rock anthem for the creatures who hang out at the Cryptid Casino, where nothing is real, in this dark gambling den, where everyone can sing along and understand that crypto is an illusion.
The B-side is Tree Prison a classic Garage punk riff and horror show noises, for being chomped up and incarcerated in a Tree Prison, just another Oak on the run, seeking mercy from the Tree surgeons chainsaw mission of destruction, sounding as Fred Schneider as they can.
The C-side or Thee Outlets half is the frantic Isy A Tres Froid that has intense organ stabs, French lyrics almost sound joyous, on a song that reminds me of the Diaboliks, this is all about that organ for me, but a great slice of intense urgent garage punk.
The D-side is Born In A Band T-shirt, the question is which band, was it The Baby's or The Mummies T-Shirt, this is a great anthem, for the baby of a couple of proper rockers, who is in band t-shirts from day one, they obviously bought those Subhumans romper suits, they will always be in love with that guy in the band t-shirt, this is perfect to sing along to the chorus, while pumping your fists in the air.
