Michael Vince (http://www.michaelvince.com) is old school.
He is a musician through and through. Take a listen to his appropriatly self titled EP and you will know what I mean. On
three of the five tracks, Vince not only plays every
instrument, he plays them very well. If I was a singer/ songwriter, I would want Michael Vince to be playing my music.
Vince gets things up and running with the upbeat, funk of "Back in the Day." Right from the start he will grab your attention and you will have an increasingly hard time trying to break away. There is not a single bomb on this EP.
There is only one problem with this release.
It was so good, it left me wanting much more. He can do anything he wants when it comes to music. Let's hope he wants to be as prolific as humanly possible. I want more Michael Vince.
