This debut 3 track from SilverSky shows an ambitious rock band having a lot of fun with the darker, crunchier side of the rock/pop spectrum.
EP highlight 'We Should Be Dead' sounds like a car crash between The Smiths and Misfits, with a satisfying end result. You can't help but think that the band would benefit from a bit of a beefier production effort though.
At times the riffs feel a bit lite but we sure hope they bring out an album so we can really see what they're capable of! Very encouraging for a debut record....
