Imagine Morrissey fronting Altered Images and you're not a million miles from getting an idea of what 'Shout it Out' sounds like. Charming, melodic pop (but with slightly throaty, nasal vocals), it's a genuinely pleasant experience, but... well, what more is there to say really? It's a little light on substance, is moderately catchy but not an irresistibly infectious earworm, and, well, it does what it does, but it's nothing you'll not find equaled or bettered elsewhere. Hey ho.
